When we set out to build KANNY nearly 3 years ago, our dream was to bring real, actionable character data into the hiring process.

Hundreds of professionals - from junior analysts to the C-suite - agreed with the premise: character is the defining factor for success at work.

We've all worked with people who embodied these traits. We've all seen the impact they have on teams, projects, and culture.

The hard truth is that KANNY never found the business model we hoped it would.

This isn’t goodbye. It’s hibernation.

We just don’t think today is its day.
